The shoes that MJ has never worn…. The Air Jordan Spiz’ike is a fusion of the best qualities of the Air Jordan III, IV, V and VI and pay homage to Spike Lee and his famous character, Mars Blackmon. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, Mars Blackmon, an annoying, Brooklyn-loving, sports-loving, die-hard New York Knicks fan, became the primary character in Nike commercials for Air Jordans. In these commercials, Mars Blackmon popularized the phrase Is it the Shoes? Is it the Shoes? Is it the Shoes? … it’s gotta be the shoes.
